Welcome to a special Thursday edition of This Week In Doctor Who. This is the weekend of the big GallifreyOne convention in Los Angeles, which some of the readership will be attending, so hopefully this edition will get out before most people leave for the convention. |

Episode 2 of Death Comes To Time, the BBC Doctor Who online drama, is now online. Well, the first section of it, anyway. BBC Online is dividing each of the remaining 4 episodes up into 3 parts, releasing one part a week over the next 12 weeks. Beginning next week, each section will come out on Fridays. Like episode 1, you need some version of RealAudio/RealPlayer/RealOne to listen to it, and if you have a faster browser you'll probably want the Enhanced Version with illustrations. Anthony Stewart Head (aka "Giles" on Buffy The Vampire Slayer) is among the guest cast. Consider it the BBC's Valentine's Day gift to female Doctor Who fans. |

USA - WYIN 56 Gary, IN is back on the air after temporarily losing their transmitter due to winter storms. They finally aired episodes 1+2 of Four To Doomsday on February 9, two weeks after airing episodes 3+4. |

CANADA - BBC Kids has gone back to the beginning of the Tom Baker episodes. They had only purchased the first 3 Baker seasons (Robot through The Talons of Weng-Chiang), to see how good the show did in the ratings. As BBC Kids is a digital cable channel, most Canadians can't get it, and ratings for the Canadian digital channels have been poor in general. We'll see if they buy more episodes, or if they even stay on the air. |

BBC Online http://www.bbc.co.uk/cult/doctorwho/death/index.shtml Death Comes To Time 5 episode online radio drama w/Sylvester McCoy and Sophie Aldred as the 7th Doctor and Ace. Episode 1 (the pilot episode) came out in July, breaking BBC download records. The 7th Doctor and Antigone, a new companion, investigate a new threat to time itself. Meanwhile, Ace is having an adventure of her own. The remaining four episodes are being released starting February 14. Each episode will be broken up over 3 weeks. New parts will come out on Fridays starting February 22nd. Some version of RealAudio/RealPlayer/RealOne required to listen to the story. If you have a faster internet connection, click the enhanced version to see the story illustrated. Earlier episodes remain online as new episodes go up.
